Return And Refund Policy
I. Exchange Policy
Applicable Policy: One exchange per order.
- Full-priced items can be exchanged for another item of equal value, subject to availability. If the exchanged product is more expensive, customers will pay the price difference. No refunds will be issued for price differences.
- Items discounted up to 30% can be exchanged for a different size (if available) or according to specific program rules. Exchanges to other products are not supported.
- Each product is eligible for exchange only once.
Conditions for exchanging products:
- Exchange within seven days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition upon receipt, with tags and labels intact.
- Products must not be damaged.
II. Return Policy
Applicable Policy:
- Customers can return products in case of manufacturer defects and do not wish to exchange them for another product.
- Manufacturer defects include issues like curl defects, material defects, and tweezer defects.
- Refunds for defective products will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
- Hani Beauty Eyelash Tools covers 100% of the shipping costs for returning faulty items.
- Hani Beauty Eyelash Tools will process returns within ten days of receiving the defective product.
Conditions for returning products:
- Return within seven days from the date of receiving the product.
Refund Policy:
- For pre-paid orders, customers will receive a refund if the received product is defective due to manufacturing issues and the customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
- Refund time: 7 to 15 days from when Hani Beauty Eyelash Tools receives the returned item. The refund will be credited to the customer’s provided bank account.
III. Process for Exchanging/Returning Products:
For online customers:
Step 1: Contact the online sales channel where the order was placed to initiate the exchange or return process.
Step 2: Follow the instructions provided by the customer service representative.
Step 3: Package the product with any promotional gifts (if applicable) and include the VAT invoice if available.
Step 4: Send the package to Hani Beauty Co., Ltd., 163 Hoa Lan Street, Ward 2, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and await confirmation from the online sales department.
