1. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders placed before 3 pm Vietnam Standard Time (VST) Monday to Saturday typically ship out the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If additional clarification or customization is needed, processing may take 3-4 business days. For specific delivery dates, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

We aim to keep shipping costs from Vietnam to your doorstep as low as possible.
3. Delivery Methods
Choose from three options at checkout:
Option 1: DHL (Recommended)
DHL offers door-to-door air shipping with delivery estimates:
- Asia: 3-4 days
- US, Canada: 7-10 days
- Europe: 5-7 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-7 days
- Central & South America, Africa: 7-10 days
Additional taxes may apply for European deliveries.
Option 2: FedEx
FedEx provides door-to-door air shipping with similar delivery estimates:
- Asia: 3-4 days
- US, Canada: 7-10 days
- Europe: 5-7 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-7 days
- Central & South America, Africa: 7-10 days
Similar to DHL, additional taxes may apply for European deliveries.
Option 3: Self-Pickup
This option is recommended for wholesale customers who are experienced with arranging international forwarder pickups from our Vietnam warehouse. If you choose this option, contact us to coordinate pickup details.
